James Jin

Managing Partner

James brings a wealth of experience in fund operations, consumer tech, and enterprise investments. He is a managing partner at Ventech Capital originated from France. It’s a leading venture capital firm in Asia. he also co-founded CMHJ Technology Fund. James has held senior roles in the US and China, and currently teaches as an adjunct at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. He holds an MBA from Wharton and an MS in Computer Science from California State University East Bay. Outside of work, James enjoys photography.

Jacque Liu

Managing Partner

A serial entrepreneur and pioneer in corporate learning, Jacque founded Learning Alliance in 1998, a leader in management consulting for Fortune 500 firms in China. She later founded 34 Learning, a blended learning company acquired in 2025. Jacque holds degrees from Hong Kong University and Shanghai University, with executive training from CKGSB. She enjoys gardening and flower arrangement in her spare time.
